How does online ordering work?
When you order online, you will receive a message via your preferred communication method, that your order has been "submitted." Then, as soon as we start preparing your food, you will receive another message letting you know and giving you an estimated wait time. And then, when your order is all ready for you, you will receive a message giving you that head's up!
Do I walk in to get my food?
No. Per the Governor's direction, we cannot allow our friends to come inside. We have some reserved spots for parking in front, and may direct you there if you call in your order. We do get BUSY at the peak lunch times, so often, we'll come out to you to verify your order. Simply wait in your car and we'll deliver your order!
How early should I order?
Yes, speaking of busy, we do get a wait at those peak lunch times. You can place your online order to pick up at a later time ... and that can guarantee we haven't sold out of your favorite! When orders are coming in online and people are calling in orders, it isn't unusual to have a 30-45 minute wait. We'll be rolling out a Grab-and-Go menu soon of items that can cut your wait time for when you're in a hurry!
I left a message when I called with my order, does that work?
First, thank you for calling! No, we do not accept orders left on our answering machine. Our first priority is ensuring we're delivering orders promptly to those picking up, so if we didn't get your call on the first call, please consider ordering online or give us another call. We are committed to answering calls as promptly as we can! Thank you!
